We're doing a Knit-Along!

Jangles Socks KAL!

Hello, knitters!  Thank you for the absolutely overwhelming response to Jangles.  I hope you are all enjoying thinking about the yarn you will use to knit up your socks, if you haven't already cast on!

This will a great opportunity to share our WIPs and show off our chosen yarns!

There will be two options available to join up - on Facebook Groups (a private group set up just for the Jangles KAL) or on Ravelry, using Ravelry's forums.

Jangles : A new sock pattern

Introducing Jangles, a new sock design.  The heel on these socks is knit in the round, forming a tidy little triangle.  Decreases placed low on the foot make for a super comfortable fit!  Available on Ravelry!  Click the link to add it to your Ravelry library, or 'buy now' for instand download.  Save 50% until the end of March!

O, Canada! Pattern collection pre-orders available.

In 2017, Canada celebrates 150 years.  We are doing a little celebrating here at Oceanwind Knits in yarn (see available clubs) and with some new pattern releases!  A new knitting pattern collection celebrating the Canadian landscape is now available on Ravelry.  Learn more here!  Each pattern will use one skein of fingering weight yarn.

Celebrating Canada's 150th in 2017? We have a club for that. :)

These clubs are all about Canada: the great, beautiful, super-natural Canadian landscape, as varied and vivid as Canadians themselves!

(And sometimes it gets cold up here, so it's good to have yarn.)

Check out all the clubs here - sock yarn and mini skeins!  All hand-dyed to reflect our beautiful Canada.

Newly Designed Dyed to Order Section

Recently, the Dyed to Order section was updated, by yarn weight and fibre!  All dyed-to-order yarns are merino bases or merino + blends (like merino + cashmere - YUM!).  Pricing starts at $24 per skein.  All skeins are 4 oz / 115 g.
